Do you offer bulk billing?
We are a private billing practice. Some patients may be eligible for reduced fees including children under 16 years of age and pension care holders.
Can I book an appointment online?
Yes. Appointments can be booked online 24/7 or by calling our clinic. If you are unsure which appointment type to select, please call and our team will help.
Do you have on-site pathology?
Yes, we have 4Cyte Pathology located onsite. They accept pathology request forms from other providers. We accept patients who are visiting the area.
Phone appointments vs telehealth
The clinic offers phone appointments. For a Medicare rebate, patients must have been seen in the clinic in the last 12 months
What areas do you serve?
We accept patients from all areas. Visitors to the area are welcome, and walk-in appointments may be available.
Are the cosmetic treatments Doctor-led?
Yes. All cosmetic consultations and treatments are conducted onsite by Dr Danielle Richards, GP and Cosmetic Doctor, working closely with experienced nurse Sammara Kelly. Your assessment, prescribing decisions, and treatment planning are performed in person at our clinic. We do not rely on telehealth consultations with off-site doctors to approve treatments.
